Hello! I am Ryan Johnson and I am the new communications intern for Byron Public Schools. I wanted to introduce myself so you could get to know me a little better. I plan on sharing our stories through videos, blogs, and a variety of other mediums. I will be working with our tech department to help showcase the hidden gems and stories of teachers, students and staff who learn, share, innovate, and inspire us everyday!
This internship is a great opportunity for me because next year I plan to attend St. Cloud State to earn a bachelor's degree in mass communications. I am excited I get to work at my own school while exploring the field of study I will be entering this fall.
A little more about me. I am in senior at Byron. I am in my final season of high school hockey and I had just finished soccer in October. Being a part of sports has brought leadership and communication to the forefront of my life. I have lived here in Byron since I was born and I have attended school since kindergarten. I feel my personal goals along with my experience with the Byron School District make me a great candidate to share the stories found within our schools.
